Paris Baby Arbitration is a networking group of students and young practioners in arbitration having links to Paris.
PBA’s name comes from our goal to promote access to the field of international arbitration for the youngest. We strive to create a safe environment for students and young practitioners interested in this domain.
One’s name, age or position shall not prejudge the quality of one’s work.
Paris Baby Arbitration is an “association” under France’s 1 July 1901 concerning contracts of association. It is thus comprised of a Board and adhering members that pay an annual membership fee.
Our members are recruited every summer and are organized in 7 different teams: Biberon, Podcasts, Partnerships, Events, Communication, PAW and Website.
Although not officially part of the association, Paris Baby Arbitration also works hand in hand with contributors that submit every month reviews of recent court decisions and arbitral awards which are published in our newsletter.
